I loved very supportive and responsive employees!
The location of the hotel was nice and decent, an in house restaurant. There was pizzeria Le Cafe, that I found within 25 minutes' walk of the venue. Courtyard view was GREAT, the room was neat and well-maintained.

Whenever I visit Udagamandalam, I always stay here; it's a great place to enjoy sightseeing and exploring the area, and it even has a nice in-house restaurant.

This is my favorite property in Udagamandalam. The rooms are perfect and elegant. The staff is courteous and fast. The location is awesome, close to a grocery store. The in-house restaurant offers lots of food.

The staff members are very friendly and polite. The location is great, just 1 mile from an Italian-style garden. It's in a lovely, peaceful area close to nature and all the key attractions and amenities in Ooty, such as cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The room had its own balcony and a kettle, the bed was comfortable with feather and hypo-allergenic pillows, and the staff were very supportive and took good care of us during our one-day stay.

Great value for money with unexpected facilities like an oven and fridge in the room. The bathroom has luxurious rain showers similar to a 5-star hotel. The property has a beautiful view and is well-maintained. Manager Thomas provides excellent guidance and service. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.
